The staff displayed utmost professionalism and customer-centric service. i must commend brigidap, for her amazing service and constant smile. fredrigo, francesco, and danny at reception even printed my boarding passes. This was very helpful. i appreciated their cute attitude.

i noted that the dinner, served at the mirage hotel up a steep hill, was barely warm and offered a limited selection. beer cost £3.90, and cola was €3.70. i couldn't even bring my own water.
