The apartment itself felt functional and very clean. I found the immaculately cleaned apartment very pleasant. The washing machine downstairs became very helpful to me. Staff friendliness was nice.

The hotel rooms felt a little tired looking and in need of some re decoration.

The apartments has spacious design. I found two well maintained swimming pools. Breakfast included much choices. This meets my expectations. Free parking spots exist near the location, what I consider a valuable feature.

The walk to the beach took about twenty minutes. This feels a bit lengthy.

Two swimming pools are on the premises, maintained in proper condition. Several sunbathing areas exists around the pools and the bar is near. These facilities was adequate for a short stay.

The bartender was nice and so were the receptionists. I noticed the housekeeping lady provided great service. The staff shows kindness and provides assistance to the guests.

the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. the complex was well maintained and i found the staff friendly. the breakfast was satisfactory and had a good variety. the pool area was pleasant.

i found the hill to be quite a challenge and i think it could be difficult for some guests. the stairs were a bit much for me after a long day. i wish there was an easier way to get around.

The staff displayed utmost professionalism and customer-centric service. i must commend brigidap, for her amazing service and constant smile. fredrigo, francesco, and danny at reception even printed my boarding passes. This was very helpful. i appreciated their cute attitude.

i noted that the dinner, served at the mirage hotel up a steep hill, was barely warm and offered a limited selection. beer cost £3.90, and cola was €3.70. i couldn't even bring my own water.
