the resort was very clean. my room was comfortable. the food offered a decent selection (i especially liked the themed dinner nights!).

check-in took almost an hour. i found that quite frustrating after a long journey. i was served undercooked chicken one day. i also saw some flies and birds in the dining area.

the pools were very clean and quite large. i found the villa spacious, it had two bedrooms. the hotel maintained a quiet environment, which i liked. minimarket was convenient. breakfast was also provided. free parking was available right in front of the building. wifi access was complimentary.

the minibar wasn't restocked daily, slightly inconvenient. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the staff seemed alright.

Oh, my days! the all-inclusive ended at noon on checkout day. This meant no food or drinks after breakfast, and my transport wasn't until 8 p.m. it felt a bit like they wanted more money, especially after i paid for the stay. extending the room cost extra too, a detail i wasn't told about when i asked for a late checkout, cheeky.

the one bedroom family villa was a decent size and very clean the room key used a chip on a wristband saving me from carrying a card. i found the food to be very good with themed nights.

only local drinks and some cocktails were included the bar closed at 11pm.

The villa was super clean and huge! the kitchen had everything i needed. it was great to relax in the garden, overlooking the golf course after a long day. i must mention that the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them!!!

i found the wifi signal a little weak in certain areas of the resort, especially in the evenings.

the landscaping is beautiful and very green. the hotel had two swimming pools, one with heating. the staff was friendly and helpful with all requests.

the all-inclusive ended at 12 pm on the day of checkout. that meant no food or drink after breakfast. i had to pay extra for food and drinks later that day. the resort isn't close to other bars and restaurants.
