unmentioned depositimproper attitude
the hotel insisted on a 2,000 thai baht deposit upon arrival. a staff member named zin was rude about this policy. she stated, "no pay, no room," and i had to correct her improper attitude, unprofessional attitude" and lack of customer service.

the room was spacious, i will give them that.
i was annoyed that the breakfast coffee came from a machine , not a real coffee maker. the shower was also a problem , it leaked water all over the bathroom floor. this made the bathroom smell bad , possibly from mold.

the beautiful double or twin room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the nearby supermarket. bangla road was also an easy five minute walk away.
the shower drain was a little slow.
