clean and Convenient Stay
spacious roomcomfortable bedfood varietydog smell
the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. breakfast offered a variety of food. it was a short walk to a tram stop into town.
The room was very small, it smelled strongly of damp dog. i had to sleep with the windows open. I was not comfortable with this because we were on the ground floor.

The reception staff were nice and helpful when i asked about transport. the staff responded quickly to reactivate the key when it didn't work on the second day. They were still open when i arrived back at the hotel.

the swiss decor in the hotel WAS lovely. the room has a good size. the reception was helpful and order a taxi for me.
the staff was not very nice the entire time, i think. i had only one packet of coffee each the first morning and i have to ask for another packet for the second day. the parking are expensive.

the room i had was quite small i felt cramped. the air conditioning did not seem to function consistently causing some discomfort during warmer parts of the day.

the air conditioning barely worked it never cooled the room properly i had to open the window the entire time insects got in too many small spiders were in the room i also saw a couple of cockroaches it was not a comfortable experience. the breakfast buffet was disappointing the options seemed very limited.
