the luxe room was beautifully designed. it featured thoughtful touches throughout! complimentary pick-up service from triemli station was available, and i used it! every detail reflected high standards, so i felt pampered.
I had to walk to the east wing with my heavy luggage. nobody assisted me, not even with the check out. i had to carry it back up, and this was inconvenient. I hope for improvements in luggage assistance.

the reception service was excellent, especially thanks to felipe. he worked at the east wing reception, and miguel was at the front desk. their kindness made a difference. they offered prompt assistance.

The restaurants provided multiple options and delicious food. It was nice to have such variety. the staff were also helpful, especially when i needed directions. my room was quite spacious and had all the promised amenities, i did appreciate that.
I found the room's temperature difficult to adjust. the central air conditioning did not allow for individual room temperature control. This was inconvenient.

The staff were responsive and helpful when i requested extra towels. They delivered them quickly. housekeeping kept the room immaculate throughout my visit, which i really appreciated.

Room service was prompt, and the food arrived hot and well-presented. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh fruits and pastries. I liked the custom omelet station.

The hotel is near a nature area. I saw many walking trails. public transportation to the city center is accessible, with a bus stop nearby. It's really convenient.

i was able to check in early. the hotel is less than 5 minutes by scooter to the train station (the train runs frequently). the views around the hotel are wonderful of both the city and the forest.
wellness area issues occurred on the first day, with insufficient towels and non-functional showers.
