adequate, but some issues

the light from the mini-fridge was bright. it was so bright even covering it didn't help. the fridge was also empty which i didn't expect. also the air conditioning seemed to struggle at night. we adjusted it as low as it would go. but the room still felt warm so sleeping was difficult.

our room had an amazing view of the bay area. we could see marina bay and all its attractions from our own balcony. we accessed the executive lounge on level 60 and felt pampered by the friendly staff. cheary made a point of getting vegetarian dishes for me, including idly with coconut chutney and kerala porotta.
the television in our room did not work properly. we had to call for assistance to fix it , and even then, we had to unplug and replug it repeatedly. surprisingly, housekeeping called our room at 10:30 pm to ask if we wanted it cleaned at that hour.

the room included glass water bottles and comfortable amenities. the housekeeping team arranged a thoughtful towel display after a long day , a nice surprise. we appreciated the spaciousness and the quality of the furnishings provided.

all the staff were friendly and helpful including those at check-in. the asian market cafe provided excellent service , and so did the housekeeping team. jeremiaz and ariel in the clove restaurant offered really good care during breakfast.

the hotel is directly connected to the raffles shopping center , which is convenient. they offer both children's and adult swimming pools , a family-friendly amenity. the breakfast buffet was abundant and exquisite , a highlight of the stay.

Excellent Stay with City Views

The staff provided excellent service. Eddy and his club lounge team focus on customer service. Rhea and Cheary ensured everything was satisfactory whenever I visited the lounge. Mala was lovely in the bar when I sampled craft beers. We found the room beautifully decorated. I appreciated the level of detail and the attention I received.
The air conditioning was not strong. I did not find the room cool enough.

Staff managed check-in smoothly and efficiently. Help was available. I received assistance immediately upon arrival. Personnel were friendly. Suzee, Chi and Cheary from the executive lounge provided an enjoyable service.

I stayed in a room offering views across the city and it was amazing. My room had a king-size bed. The room was clean and featured all necessary amenities. The housekeeping was excellent. They spent a lot of time on the room.

The location is excellent, it is near the train station. the breakfast offered a wide array of kid-friendly items. My child enjoyed it. he fong from housekeeping created towel art. An elephant made from hand towels was a real treat.
the directions given for the gym were confusing. i walked in circles for 15 minutes to find the stairs. clearer directions on level 8, or on the tv, would help.
