I found the breakfast selection hearty. A tram stop sits just outside the hotel entrance for easy travel. The main train station is close by also.
The hotel could use some updating. I notice minor wear and tear in my room.

A Cozy Gem Near the Heart

I found the location very convenient. The tram stop was just next to the entrance. The main train station was also nearby (it made my arrival simple!). I was pleased with the big breakfast selection offered. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and varied choices of meats and cheeses. The staff spoke English fluently. They were very helpful answering all my questions.
The door locks were a bit bulky (old-fashioned keys). Upgrading to cards would offer more convenience.

the staff was helpful with directions.
The room was very small. the shower had inconsistent water temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. also, the building seemed quite old. I noticed a musty smell in the hallway.
