the staff was very helpful. they gave good advice for navigating the city. the hotel provides tea and coffee with snacks at reception. it was available for free.
the walls were quite thin. i could hear noises from outside and the adjacent room. the bathroom was small. water easily splashed out of the shower.

i noted really good cleanliness throughout my stay. rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. pristine white sheets and fresh towels were changed regularly. i appreciated the provision of complimentary tea, coffee, and local snacks at the reception. ample eating joints are steps away once you leave the hotel.
the air conditioning made a funny noise sometimes, but i was still able to sleep.

The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The proximity to key attractions was excellent. I walked to several temples and the river pier. Daily bottled water in the room was a nice touch (very much appreciated). I also found free snacks and coffee available in the reception area.
The street noise was slightly noticeable at times, though it did not significantly impact my stay.

the location was advantageous with many nearby restaurants and a free tuk-tuk service was available to key locations a few times daily. housekeeping was good each day and i found the staff both friendly and helpful. the air conditioning worked very well and maintained a quiet environment throughout my stay. i appreciated the convenient access to a great cafe just outside the hotel premises.
during my stay i noticed the walls were quite thin allowing sounds from outside and neighboring rooms to be easily heard, a slight inconvenience.
