cigarette smelldated decor
My room had a distinct smell of cigarettes. This was quite off-putting. The shower pressure was also POOR. the decor felt dated and could use some updating. It was like stepping back in time a little TOO much.

dinner was available in a room adjacent to the bar. staff were efficient and there was a good selection on the menu , the food was good. breakfast was varied and was hot.
the smell of cigarettes coming from one of the doors upstairs was quite noticeable.

my room was large. It had a shower over the bath and plenty of hot water. the cooked breakfast included a choice of white or brown toast and tea or coffee. There were also cereal and fruit juice available.
the car park looked rundown, with old garages. it resembled a junk yard. pictures on the website looked outdated.

the staff provided a warm welcome. the food was well-prepared and offered good value. i found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i appreciated the free parking and the inclusive breakfast.

my room included two chairs and a large double bed. there was also a suitcase fold-out stand to make packing and unpacking easier. the ensuite bathroom featured a shower over the bath, giving ample hot water for a relaxing experience.

the hotel is conveniently located outside of perth providing a quiet retreat. the location allows for easy access to dunkeld and the hermitage. birnan and perth are also easily accessible from this location. this made day trips simple.

The staff was very friendly. Food was excellent in the restaurant. My room was a good size. There was plenty of tea and biscuits.
The room was quite dated. The furniture looked past its best. I saw cobwebs from light fittings.
