the location are outside the city center. the rooms are roomy and facilities are great. i found the staff helpful and kind.
the buffet dinner was not really very good and very expensive. air conditioning are lock to 4 settings. i can't set any lower than 19 degrees.

The hotel had a good location outside the city center. It was surrounded by nature and other hotels. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool had a good water temperature.
Our room showed signs of wear. It needed updating and modern styling. The sheets did not stay on the bed, which i found to be a bit annoying.

My room faced the sea. I had a good view from there. The staff helped me a lot. Breakfast offered a lot of choice. The indoor and outdoor pools were a good size. I also got free towels for the pool and used the free wi-fi.
The coffee from the machine tasted a little synthetic.

The bus stop to the old town is across the street. A bus ride only costs a couple of euros. This made accessing the historic sites easy. The setting offerred a panorama view of the sea.

Staff was friendly and helpful always. Everyone smiled and seemed willing to assist guests. A lady at reception helped get me access to the V LEVEL beach. She was nice and very willing.

The gym had a bodyshaper class. The instructor ante pushed everyone. The gym is big and has a lot of equipment. The pool and spa offer nice features. I found the pool area to be nice.

the hot drinks machines at breakfast were very slow (i had to wait ages for a simple coffee). the staff did service them, but at inconvenient times. only one juice machine existed, a pain, especially with many guests all queuing for this. it was like they could have managed this better.
