some issues affected my stay

the location was acceptable it gave access to many places
the noise was a major issue the walls are thin i could hear everything from neighbors plugging and unplugging devices the floor creaked too i was on the second floor facing a busy street the sound kept me up even with earplugs the mattress wasn't comfortable either

the reception staff were very helpful upon arrival i loved that they offered to hold my luggage until check in the room decor was excellent the cleanliness was apparent i was very satisfied with the service provided by the team
the elevator only fits two people at a time it felt slightly claustrophobic

mixed feelings about my stay

the location was acceptable. it was close to many places i wanted to visit.
i found the soundproofing to be quite poor. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms, especially doors slamming and people talking in the hallway (it was as if they were right next to me). i also noticed a strange smell, like dampness, in the bathroom that lingered throughout my stay. it was not a pleasant experience.

i found the staff very thoughtful , leaving a note and some sweets upon my arrival. the room was clean with the air conditioning already on . the breakfast space was neat and the food delicious.
the elevator felt a bit small , barely fitting two people.
