some issues affected my stay
thin walls uncomfortable mattress
the location was acceptable it gave access to many places
the noise was a major issue the walls are thin i could hear everything from neighbors plugging and unplugging devices the floor creaked too i was on the second floor facing a busy street the sound kept me up even with earplugs the mattress wasn't comfortable either

The staffs genuine care shone brightly. They were always ready to help and smile, it felt wonderful. I like how clean it was. The location allowed simple walking to many attractions, it feels safe and lovely.

helpful staff excellent decor apparent cleanliness
the reception staff were very helpful upon arrival i loved that they offered to hold my luggage until check in the room decor was excellent the cleanliness was apparent i was very satisfied with the service provided by the team
the elevator only fits two people at a time it felt slightly claustrophobic

mixed feelings about my stay
poor soundproofing strange smell
the location was acceptable. it was close to many places i wanted to visit.
i found the soundproofing to be quite poor. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms, especially doors slamming and people talking in the hallway (it was as if they were right next to me). i also noticed a strange smell, like dampness, in the bathroom that lingered throughout my stay. it was not a pleasant experience.

sweet treats clean room delicious breakfast
i found the staff very thoughtful , leaving a note and some sweets upon my arrival. the room was clean with the air conditioning already on . the breakfast space was neat and the food delicious.
the elevator felt a bit small , barely fitting two people.
