the check-in process was efficient and valet parking was available. my room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean. i enjoyed a view from my room and it included a nice skyline on the left. the restaurant served fantastic food, and the fish and chips were really good.

The service was really really good, and nothing seemed too difficult for the staff. Receptionists were very cute and friendly . Frank from the evening bar service was especially nice. He gave great advice about local spots and directions. The decor felt fantastic, and both my room and common areas were clean.

Parking was a bit pricey. Though the location was excellent, that was not ideal.
