the breakfast offered many options. it had all options available. the number 16 bus from the airport stopped very close to the hotel. the location made it easy to walk into the city center and get the bus back.

the shower flooded the bathroom. the hairdryer did not work. there was no power point in the bathroom. the pillows and mattress were of poor quality.

The room was a beautiful double room. it included tea and coffee everyday. the staff were polite. The rooms were comfortable. the location was close to many shops and sights.

The coffee water heater outlet was below the tv. Steam may damage it!

the hotel lacked luggage assistance, and i didn't see any rolling luggage racks.

The staff was AMAZING!!! they were always helpful and polite. the breakfast buffet was also great. It was one of the best and most extensive buffets i have ever seen. the location worked great for me. it was easy to get to the main city center and the bus from the airport dropped me off close by.
