lack of cleaningineffective heating
The heating didn't work at all until i asked reception to switch it on. also, the room wasn't cleaned despite my request. this was frustrating after a long day. I just wanted a warm and tidy space. the experience. this lack of attention to basic comfort and service really soured my stay.

The staff was very friendly I enjoyed interacting with them I stayed in a clean modern room. The reception staff was efficient I had no issues during check-in. The hotel provided easy transport to the airport I found this very convenient.
The hotel charges for the shuttle bus I thought this was unacceptable. Only two tea bags were available in the room I needed more. There was no desk or luggage rack I had to put my luggage on the floor.

The staff were very helpful and cute. the room was clean. It had all features you would want. breakfast was delicious with a wide range of top quality foods.
the shuttle bus parked just outside and kept the engine ticking over! it was as if the bus was inside the room. i knew sleep would be an issue.
