The staff welcomed me from the first moment. the snug is a nice touch. i was able to leave luggage there and have lunch. the food was sensational and novel. I loved that i could order everything on the menu.
individual alcohol-free wine options would have improved the experience slightly.

The staff provided a warm welcome. The snug is available for hotel guests. This allowed me to leave my luggage before checking in. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared and included coffee.

the staff were friendly enough at least that part was acceptable.
i booked a room i saw online it was nothing like what i got the sink was so small i couldn't use it properly the bathroom felt cramped too. the room itself wasn't much better feeling quite small. i don't think the stay was worth the price i paid each night at all

Divine Stay in Cozy Haven

The room had a super garden view. a very clean and comfy bed. Attentive staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The snug is a nice touch. I could leave luggage there, and have lunch.
The room seemed a little cramped. The bathroom also was small. The sink was too small. The room wasn't like the rooms advertised.

the location was close to malham walk, i guess.
the vegan food wasnt great, it seemed like they tried too hard to make it look fancy instead of tasting good. also, it was a dog friendly hotel, and people didnt control there dogs, i heard barking everywhere, even in the restaurant, it wasnt pleasent.

the staff was helpful and cute. the food was top quality and the portions were generous. the hall has an atmospheric charm and is both quirky and traditional. our dog was welcomed with treats and a cosy mat.
the sink in the bathroom was quite small, making it a bit difficult to use.
