convenient location helpful staff included breakfast
the location was convenient for exploring local attractions. staff members were very helpful with directions and recommendations.
My bathroom had some signs of wear. I noticed some mold in the grout which affected the cleanliness.

Wonderful Experience at a Classic Hotel!

clean room central location
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the delicious meals, both in the evening and at breakfast. The hotel's central location allowed me easy access to the town's attractions!
I found the parking situation difficult. There was not enough disabled parking available. It was a long walk from the nearest public lot!

The Double Room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens. A modern television offered a variety of channels. The spaciousness allowed for easy movement and relaxation . A wardrobe with ample space for clothing storage was useful.

The English breakfast included bacon, eggs, sausage, and toast. I enjoyed the availability of fresh fruit juices. Dinner service was prompt, and the staff were attentive to my needs, and the value for money was high. The restaurant offered a pleasant atmosphere.

historic gem with awesome charm!

clean room nice touches comfy bed friendly staff
I only booked a double room! it was totally clean with nice touches like biscuits and bottled water. i slept amazingly well in the comfy bed, it was great! customer service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

the car park behind the building was a huge plus! the building itself is quirky with uneven floors, this definitely adds character. i loved that the interior was tastefully decorated to match its age and history.

the staff discovered i had just gotten married, they did a pleasant surprise! rose petals were left on our bed. two swans were made out of towels. this was a really sweet gesture, so thoughtful.
