lovely stay with great views
superb viewsspacious roomfriendly servicehomemade scones
The location proved really good, offering superb views of the severn valley. The vista from the veranda during pre-dinner drinks was nice. i found our allocated room spacious and clean, it exceeded my expectations. the staff were cute, their friendly and polite service greatly enhanced the experience. i also particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea. The homemade scones tasted divine.
the shower pressure fluctuated slightly, a minor inconvenience but did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience

Amazing Hotel with Great Service!

I enjoyed my stay . The receptionist, Claire, greeted me warmly and quickly found a charger for my device, so helpful. The Tara restaurant delivered excellent service. Zac described the menu perfectly and Aiden was fabulous, delivering a five-star experience to me.
The room was a bit dated. The furniture seemed old. it didn't spoil my overall stay.

The corridor carpets showed stains. bathrooms require attention. The toilet was difficult to flush. food quality did not match the price point, i found it overpriced. poached eggs were undercooked during breakfast, and a fish dish had to be returned due to its questionable freshness.

lovely selectionold bathcorner bath
the staff were good at breakfast they offered a lovely selection of food.
the bathroom needed tlc the shower was over a corner bath without a screen water easily went onto the floor the bath was old and discoloured.
