charmed by every detail

modern decorfriendly staffconvenient parking
the room was spotlessly clean. i found the modern decor in my superior king room quite lovely! the staff were friendly. the hotel's location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. and the parking was really convenient, too!

just okay, i guess

friendly staffbroken remotethin walls
the staff were really friendly there.
the room was big, but it felt a bit dated. the tv remote didn't work at all, and i had to call down twice to get someone to fix it. also, the walls seemed really thin because i could hear everything happening in the next room.

a mixed experience, some issues noted

narrow stairsmouldy ceiling
The stairs were quite narrow. They were a bit tricky with my suitcase. also, the room felt a bit dated. i noticed some mould on the ceiling and peeling paint. the tv did not work. I was not informed about this beforehand.

the room had a balcony i appreciated that it was quiet bottled water was provided breakfast options were good it was handy to have parking. i found the walk to town to be pleasant
photos were fairly misleading in my opinion the rooms are above a pub and it is showing its age some things need attention in the rooms. paintwork and sealant require maintenance in the corridors i didn't feel it was great value for money
