just okay, i guess

broken remote thin walls
the staff were really friendly there.
the room was big, but it felt a bit dated. the tv remote didn't work at all, and i had to call down twice to get someone to fix it. also, the walls seemed really thin because i could hear everything happening in the next room.

a mixed experience, some issues noted

narrow stairs mouldy ceiling
The stairs were quite narrow. They were a bit tricky with my suitcase. also, the room felt a bit dated. i noticed some mould on the ceiling and peeling paint. the tv did not work. I was not informed about this beforehand.

balanced experience

pleasant walk handy parking paintwork maintenance sealant attention
the room had a balcony i appreciated that it was quiet bottled water was provided breakfast options were good it was handy to have parking. i found the walk to town to be pleasant
photos were fairly misleading in my opinion the rooms are above a pub and it is showing its age some things need attention in the rooms. paintwork and sealant require maintenance in the corridors i didn't feel it was great value for money
