charming experience near the nec
clean roomnecessary amenitiesbuffet breakfastloud music
i found the family room very clean it included all necessary amenities. the steam room and sauna offered great relaxation after a convention. i particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast it offered a wide choice of options.
the loud music from a downstairs party was disruptive i was not informed of it prior to my arrival it ended late and affected my sleep quality.

the staff were friendly and helpful . they promptly addressed my inquiries and offered assistance with directions. their attentiveness enhanced the overall experience at the hotel. i did like them.

the breakfast buffet featured a lot of selections to choose from. i found the food fresh and regularly replenished. the dining area was clean and well kept throughout the breakfast service. It was wonderful.
