The spa had a full range of facilities I needed. The room included a very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Cleanliness was on point and room service was timely.

The food service was terrible. I asked for vegetarian sausage and i was given pork. this was very disappointing as i don't eat pork. also, there was a loud noise of wind coming through the gaps in the balcony door. It made it very uncomfortable in the night.

the breakfast had many choices and good quality foods. parking was available next to the hotel at a cost. the location in the bay had restaurants and shops nearby. rooms were spacious and had a good view.

The gym got quite busy. It was difficult to find available equipment.

The location worked perfectly. I checked in early. the room had a penarth view, which i found amazing. the hotel has both a pool and a gym. the room was very clean. Everything was super clean.
