Acceptable stay, but some issues need addressing

The location was excellent.
I found the room quite small. It felt cramped! The bathroom was especially tiny, and there was very little space to move around in there. the breakfast service felt rushed. The short serving window made it difficult to fully enjoy it, though I appreciate the yogurts.

I found the staff polite and helpful . the cooked breakfast included quality products, and the buffet had plenty of options. It was very tasty. the hotel is well-located, it is a short walk to town, the pier, and the promenade, which i enjoyed.
the bathroom needed some updating.

Breakfast service starts early and runs until mid-morning. I didn't try other meals. the breakfast buffet includes a variety of pastries, cereals, and fruit. a cooked option with sausages and eggs. the dining area includes large windows.

the reception desk is staffed twenty-four hours a day, so assistance is always available, we loved it. staff assisted with luggage storage upon request. the hotel offers a daily housekeeping service with fresh towels provided each day.

the location is directly on the promenade i found that convenient. parking was available at the rear i always got a space. the staff were friendly and helpful to me.

Absolutely Wonderful Getaway!
excellent locationfriendly staff
The location near Venu Cymru is perfect. I found friendly staff and I had an enjoyable weekend. Room 12 had a great view. It overlooked the promenade. The room was clean, warm, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast provided plenty of energy. It set me up for the day. The hotel carpark cost £5. It felt secure and better than parking on the promenade.
