the staff was helpful! and the location was within reasonable walking distance to the city center.
The room i had was much smaller than i anticipated, and the kitchenware felt incomplete. also, the shower lacked basic toiletries, like shampoo or shower gel. finally, there was no detailed itinerary provided. it was like i should have been informed better, before.

noisy heating unituncomfortable bed
The heating unit was noisy. it ran all night. there were no instructions for controlling it. i couldn't even turn it off! also, the double bed was like two single beds pushed together. There was a hard, uncomfortable line right down the middle. this made sleeping difficult. I did not rest well.

the room was spacious enough.
The bathroom light could not be switched off independently. Removing the card to turn off the light also cut all power to the room. this was an annoying predicament, as i couldn't charge my phone overnight.

The room had its own entrance. The breakfast offered a good variety with self-catering options and a fridge stocked with milk and juice. The pub on-site had friendly staff and a nice vibe, both in the afternoon and evening.

the location was really convenient for exploring the city center. the included breakfast provisions of juice, milk, and bread were very welcome.
the bathroom grout on the floor needed redoing and there was a rusty radiator in the bathroom. also, the kitchenette bulbs needed replacing, it was a bit dim.
