i found the staff attentive, offering assistance with my luggage and providing a warm welcome. the breakfast was a delight, particularly the locally sourced honey and freshly baked bread. our room had complimentary toiletries from a reputable brand, an added touch of luxury i appreciated. the courtyard was peaceful, perfect for an evening of quiet reading.
the bathroom lacked a bit of natural light, made applying makeup a slight challenge.

i found the staff lovely, their friendliness really stood out. the cooked breakfast was world class i must say. access and the car park located at the rear were great.
the bedroom was quite hot a small fan tried to cool the room

Check-in was fast. The staff was helpful and communicated clearly. The room had everything I needed, including a great walk-in shower, though the bed was too soft and curved in the middle.
The room photos online did not match the actual room. The TV was also very small! A noisy event in the pub went on until late at night. There was little chance to sleep.

The pub downstairs serves delicious food and has a cozy atmosphere! Breakfast was excellent and offered good value. The atmosphere was wonderful and friendly. I felt welcomed by all the staff.

the location is perfect! it's right there on the high street. the room was clean and it was a good size. i really liked the shower, it was fantastic.
the room was very hot! there was just a small fan. i think they need air conditioning. noise proofing of the window were insufficient! beer delivery at 0630 was loud, and i couldn't get a quiet room.

The location was fantastic. I could walk to many places. My King Room had ample space and provided necessary comfort. It was really lovely. Staff ensured a smooth check-in and were consistently helpful with requests. I also found the provided hairdryer quite powerful.
The kitchen extractor fan made some noise. I did not like it.

smooth check-insmall tvpub noise
the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, which i appreciated.
the photos online didn't match the room i was given, a superior room.. i found the tv to be quite small, and the noise from the pub below on the night i stayed was disruptive. i feel the room was overpriced.
