great value stay
helpful manager convenient bed friendly place great welcome
the manager kay answered questions quickly. the bed was conveniently placed. i chose to not have breakfast. i appreciated the friendly family run place. it was great, and nothing was too much trouble.
the room rattled whenever the front door opened. it loudly woke us.

the rooms provide a kettle, tea, and coffee. a tv and a chair are included. the ensuite shower room had good facilities, i find it is AMAZING!!!

ground floor room smoke smell
The quadruple room was on the ground floor. Staff and visitors passing through the hall created noise. Smoking outside the front door meant smoke in the room.

A stay, not exactly flawless
small room unemptied bin
Free parking existed and that saved a bit of money.
The room was small. It was quite a trick to move between the TV stand and the bed corner. Plus, the bin was still full from the previous guest, and the toilet moved when you sat on it.

cute staff room upgrade comfortable feeling small room dirty bin loose toilet
the staff WAS AMAZING, so cute. i even got a room upgrade which was such a NICE SURPRISE! the host. I loved it.
the room felt small and like, I had to squeeze between the tv stand and the bed corner. the bin wasn't emptied from the last guest, ew. the toilet wasn't, like, properly attached to the floor either.
