The room featured a functional communal kitchen area that was well maintained. it was well equipped and provided everything needed for preparing simple meals. i appreciated the smart tv and kettle in the room. The wifi worked flawlessly. the bathroom suite was basic but clean, providing all essential amenities, and was adequate for a short stay.
Soundproofing was not good. I could clearly hear noise from other guests, particularly footsteps and conversations.

the hosts provided prompt responses to requests, ensuring additional items were readily available when needed, and they supplied a fan during a heatwave, a thoughtful and considerate gesture that i appreciated.

The hotel provided easy access to the city center, with a short walk to key attractions. i found the proximity to the motorpoint arena especially convenient. It was about a ten minute walk, saving on transport costs.

the location was very close to the motorpoint arena.
the flooring really needs insulating, i thought. i was in a room and could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs. especially people walking around, at 3am when they finally settled, the slamming of drawers was UNBEARABLE. hand towels would have been a good addition, i think

I found the room quite clean upon arrival. A great start to my visit. The instructions provided for obtaining keys were clear and easy to follow. The proximity to local pubs was a definite plus. I also appreciated being able to leave my car parked for a few extra hours after checkout.
I noticed the absence of any warning about steps, both up and down which could be a minor inconvenience. The TV remote was unresponsive so I relied on my phone. I found a stained towel, but fortunately, I could locate a spare.

The room included a kettle, cups, and sachets of coffee and milk. I found it very convenient to prepare hot beverages. Several excellent pubs nearby provided many dining options.

I found the staff quite responsive to my requests . They even changed the towels once after my check-in. Leaving my car parked after checkout proved very helpful to me.

The room was very clean. The host provided clear instructions for accessing the accommodation. I found the location quite convenient. The kitchen had ample supplies, and the tea tray in the room was a nice touch.
