low pressurecold room
i had a little bit of trouble . the room was quite cold. i couldn't seem to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. also, the water pressure in the shower was really low. it made it difficult to have a good wash after a long day out. i hope they address these issues soon. it really did detract from the experience.

wow, what a find!
lovely staffclean roomfresh fruitheating control
the staff were so lovely and helpful, i felt so welcomed. my room was super clean and had these nice little extras. breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh fruit and pastries, i really enjoyed the food there.
the heating in my room was hard to control, it got a little too warm during the night but it wasnt that serious.

my double room had fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, i found it very nice. also, they positioned the towels lovely with shampoo, this shows how much the staff care about the business.

the location is near canterbury where a friend of mine was working, it was convenient to reach. the hotel is perfect for dog walking, there is a great location for that purpose, i liked the experience.
