non-functional heaterstrange smell
The room's heater didn't work and it was COLD. I noticed a strange smell coming from the bed too. staff seemed off hand. They wouldn't accommodate us for drinks even with empty tables.

mixed feelings about the stay
cigarette burnstraffic noise
the room felt quite dated it reminded me of an american motel i noticed cigarette burns around the room i think they should invest in some soundproofing because the traffic noise was really disturbing i probably would not stay there again because of the noise and the dated decor

the staff was friendly and helpful. they opened the garden for us, great to stay there before our event. i appreciated this flexibility.
The room i had was quite small and the bathroom felt outdated. upon arrival, i noticed the windows were open and the bathroom door was wedged open. There was a musty smell.
