noisy streetslippery tiles

The room faced a busy street, so it was noisy even late at night, made sleeping difficult. the shower tiles are very slippery, posing a risk of falls. also, the ledge between the room and bathroom could be hazardous. I almost tripped a few times. sound insulation was clearly lacking.
