Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Great Location!
clean room spacious bathroom shopping streets
The room was clean. Modern touches and a spacious bathroom area were also appreciated. I definitely found the proximity to key shopping streets and Chew Jetty convenient. The filtered tap water was a blessing, providing safe drinking water.
The noise was a bit disruptive.

The staff provided a map and recommendations for New Year celebrations. They acknowledged my birthday , a nice gesture. Customer service was AMAZING!!! and I was very impressed by their attentiveness.

spacious room beautiful view inconsistent wifi internet connection
i had a room here. it was quite spacious and clean. the sunrise view from my room was beautiful (especially in the morning).
the wifi was inconsistent . i had internet connection issues in my room. i had to switch to my phone network for a better connection.

Basic Stay with a Few Issues
lacking soundproofing dangerous road
I found some aspects of the hotel disappointing. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and it woke me up at night. The hotel is located next to many restaurants, but it is also on a busy road. This makes crossing the street a bit dangerous for pedestrians.

wow, what a find! highly recommend!
big room tasteful decoration water flask amazing location
I stayed in the cabin, and it was so cool! the room was pretty big and decorated with good taste. they provided a flask to contain drinking water, which i really liked! the location was also amazing. It was a short walk from one of the main streets, so exploring was super easy.

the location offers convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants! the hotel is near many famous murals. walking to the unesco world heritage area took only minutes. it's really central.

a mixed experience
disruptive noise poor soundproofing
the location was convenient and within walking distance of many places.
the noise from the busy road outside was really disruptive (especially at night), and the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear almost everything happening outside.
