the hotel provides complimentary minibar items and candies. the reception team was warm and courteous. there was free filtered water available, a thoughtful touch.
the check-in process wasn't particularly fast or smooth.

small rail unprofessional service
I was frustrated by a couple of things. first, there was no proper wardrobe in the room, just a tiny rail for a few clothes. it's definitely not what i expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. the swimming pool was also a letdown. It was dirty and had a bad smell. the front desk staff seemed a bit clueless too and unprofessional. they weren't rude, but their service just wasn't up to par.

a good escape!
attentive staff complimentary minibar great location modern design
The staff were attentive and responsive to all our needs. i also appreciated the complimentary minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. It was a lovely touch. the location offered easy access to various local attractions and eateries. i found the room design to be both modern and functional.
i noticed very slight wear and tear in some areas of the bathroom.

The hotel provided a breakfast buffet. It included a variety of local and international options. i especially loved the fresh pastries and fruits. the food was AMAZING!!!

the premier beautiful room included a comfortable king-size bed and spacious seating area. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. soft linens were a plus!!!

small wall rail dirty swimming pool
i liked the complimentary mini bar.
there was no wardrobe in the room, only a small wall rail for hanging a few pieces of clothes. this doesn't meet my expectations for a hotel (i believe it should have been better). the swimming pool was dirty and smelled.
