I appreciated the very kind staff. The food was delicious, varied and beautifully presented. The accommodation felt very separate from the main pub.. the views across the countryside were gorgeous.
The squeaky floorboards were quite loud.

i found the atmosphere very cute and peaceful. the staff was friendly! i also appreciated the varied menu with tasty food. the bed was very comfortable.
the wi-fi was quite poor. this was not the end of the world, but it did cause some minor inconvenience. the hotel should upgrade the wi-fi system.

The room looked a bit tired. The thin curtains were not useful for keeping out light. the floorboards squeaked a lot.

Quiet retreat near Minsmere

The location suited my plans perfectly. It's close to walking trails. I was able to easily access coastal paths and heathland. The RSPB reserve is also nearby, which i appreciate. The pub offers excellent food, and i liked that it is dog-friendly.
The breakfast selection, while adequate, could benefit from some additions. I would have liked to see fresh fruit or yogurt available.

The hotel is on a quiet road near the Minsmere reserve. A large, comfortable parking area is available, next to a lovely lawn. Its situation allows convenient access to both woodland and coastal trails (i like that!).
