the staff were very helpful and cute. i liked the room, it was clean and the bed felt very comfortable. the food was also excellent. the front of house staff were very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in us as customers.
the room was a bit small. i also noticed some dismal housing outside the window, next to a dingy flat roof. i felt this detracted from the overall experience.

Acceptable but with issues
included breakfastroom sizelate noise
The included breakfast was adequate. I had no real complaints about that.
The supposed 'double room' seemed more like a broom closet someone decided to stick a bed in. The stairs were also tricky. I almost fell down them once, not fun. the noise from the kitchen below went on far too late. I thought I was above a nightclub, not a hotel.
