The staff facilitated early check-in for me. The room had Hazel O'Connor memorabilia (i did appreciate this little touch). The location is excellent with a concert room and a good pub downstairs.
The bedside lamps did not work because they were not plugged in.

This place has a great central location! It made it so easy to get around. The kitchenette was a huge bonus.. I loved having snacks, cereal, and toast available for breakfast. Croissants, pastries, fruit bars, and milk were all provided!

The secure car park is right next to the building , made everything very convenient. The hotel provided all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay including a kitchenette with breakfast items.

This hotel is in a central spot! It's close to many pubs and restaurants. The location was perfect for walking into the city centre, this added so much value to the trip.

the location was good, providing easy access to nearby areas.
My room was not ideal. The bathroom felt cold with an uneven floor. a door led to the roof and it was draughty despite being locked. i also noticed a bright green light illuminating the exit, difficult to sleep.

The room was clean. The bathroom was super clean. I had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast included a handy help-yourself setup with cereals. I found this GREAT for my early start the next day.
Perhaps there were a lot of steps to my room. It was tricky with luggage.

The room felt quite cramped. The bed took up most of the space. It didn't look like the photos online. there was loud music coming from downstairs late into the night. I found it hard to sleep. The noise and small space impacted my stay.

the staff seemed attentive, and the quick breakfast was helpful.
the room reeked of cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking policy, it was strong in the bathroom. the bed throw had many stains. the carpet was dirty. all of these issues lowered my opinion of the room.
