the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel has unique decor in the lobby. i found the location convenient.
the room was really hot (even with the aircon on). as soon as i reached the floor, the heat hit me. the aircon was noisy. i opened the window, but it didn't help much.

the staff were friendly. my room was bigger than i expected. the hotel has a bar and it is open all hours. i saw a nice seating area, also the food from the restaurant tasted good. breakfast had a good range of options.
the room felt quite basic and lacked facilities such as an iron.

the hotel is easy to find. a shopping centre is very close. this was helpful because i forgot something. the location was excellent for my needs.
