convenient stop near stonehenge
ample parking wide variety friendly staff
the hotel had ample parking. breakfast included a wide variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was just off the a303, very convenient for onward travel.
the hotel exterior showed some signs of wear though it was clean inside.

I found the staff to be very friendly. The breakfast had great food choices and it was excellent.
The bed was not comfortable for MY personal preference. Air flow was not the best for a good night's sleep. I could not open the window for fresh air.

lovely stay near stonehenge
comfortable bed powerful shower ample parking
the room was a great size for our family we got sufficient space. the beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. i found parking easy with plenty of spaces available at the hotel car park
the air conditioning did not seem effective it did not provide adequate cooling during the night.

the room featured comfortable beds it also featured a clean, modern bathroom, i appreciated this as it. the room included tea and coffee making facilities and a television with multiple channels.

breakfast included a wide selection of both hot and cold items it included both english and continental choices. the restaurant staff provided prompt and attentive service. the dining area was clean and well maintained.

the reception staff was very cute and helpful with directions to local attractions. they quickly addressed our queries at check in. i also appreciated their assistance with arranging taxi services.

poor shower quality early morning inconvenience
The room was clean and the beds felt very comfortable. The location allows for easy stops , with a variety of dining options nearby.
The shower quality was poor compared to other hotels at this price point. It seemed like a motorway hotel. Access to water was inconvenient, requiring a trip to the bar, especially troubling early in the morning.

spacious room clean room friendly staff twin room poor shower inconvenient access
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel made up the sofa bed as requested. Breakfast had lots of choice and the staff were very friendly.
I got a twin room instead of a double which affected sleep. The shower quality seemed poor compared to other similar hotels. There was no convenient access to water. I had to go to the bar.

mixed experience at this hotel
faulty air conditioning dangerous shower
the breakfast was acceptable and plentiful i found that it met expectations
the air conditioning did not work properly i requested a room change because of this the replacement room had a high bath to step into this was not suitable for children the shower was behind you making it dangerous
