hard bacon small car park
the breakfast was a letdown. the eggs were not cooked well, and the bacon tasted hard, especially considering the price of £13.50. i did not expect an extra charge for tea or coffee either, it was £4 per person. the car park was also too small, i could not find a space and i needed to pay for public parking.

An Acceptable Stay
mezzanine room river view helpful service uncomfortable bed cramped facilities many stairs
I stayed in a mezzanine room. It overlooked the River Avon. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I found the service to be helpful.
My room was a little chilly overnight. I also found the bed uncomfortable. The bedroom facilities felt cramped. There were many stairs to climb.

Riverside Charm and Excellent Service
river views attentive staff
The location by the river was a definite plus, offering great views from the terrace. I found the staff to be very attentive. They assisted with directions to a local attraction. Dinner stood out with well-prepared vegetarian options. The drinks menu was extensive, and the Argentinian Malbec paired well with the main course.
Service
9/10
The reception service made a positive first impression, marked by a warm greeting. During the stay, staff quickly addressed my requests. They facilitated a purchase from a local supplier, holding it at reception until i could collect it.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
cramped room poor cleaning
The central location proved convenient.
I found several issues . The room felt quite cramped. Outside, the area lacked proper cleaning. I observed food debris and stains. It was far from ideal.
