the breakfast was a letdown. the eggs were not cooked well, and the bacon tasted hard, especially considering the price of £13.50. i did not expect an extra charge for tea or coffee either, it was £4 per person. the car park was also too small, i could not find a space and i needed to pay for public parking.

I stayed in a mezzanine room. It overlooked the River Avon. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I found the service to be helpful.
My room was a little chilly overnight. I also found the bed uncomfortable. The bedroom facilities felt cramped. There were many stairs to climb.

I found several issues . The room felt quite cramped. Outside, the area lacked proper cleaning. I observed food debris and stains. It was far from ideal.
