Check in happened quickly. The staff gave clear information. My room was clean and big. I liked the mirror integrated into the desk, useful for drying my hair. So many hotels do not have power points by mirrors. I also liked the under-bed storage for cases.

housekeeping barged in twice. the first time, i was trying to get ready and they didn't care about the deadbolt or the do not disturb sign. seems their card overrides everything. the second time, they thought i had left already. plus, there was so much dust near the headboard my allergies went nuts. the ac barely worked, it was always switching back to heat mode, even when i set it to the coldest setting of 19 degrees.

Decent stay with some hiccups

faulty air conditioningexcessive dust

Housekeeping walked right in while I was getting ready. This happened even with the deadbolt locked and the 'do not disturb' sign displayed (made me wonder about the point of the deadbolt). There was also excessive dust near the headboard, triggering my allergies. Finally, the air conditioning barely functioned and kept reverting to heat. the minimum cooling temperature was 19°C (pretty warm, to be honest).
