The room size was generous. The bathroom had ample space and modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location provided easy access to local eateries and attractions.
I noticed some noise from nearby traffic late at night.

The hotel offers parking , a VERY convenient feature. I also noticed a nice pool area that looked well-kept. The gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes.

The staff members were friendly and efficient. The concierge, Elan, was particularly helpful and offered GREAT suggestions. The front desk staff was always available to answer questions and provide assistance.

i noticed some noise from the street during the night (car traffic was quite noticeable).

My stay started well, but a few things went wrong. the front desk seemed understaffed. Check-in took longer than it should have. also, the room i was initially given smelled faintly of mildew. i requested a change, and thankfully, they moved me to another room, but it was still a hassle. finally, the breakfast buffet had limited options for someone with dietary restrictions, and i found myself eating the same thing every morning.

the hotel's location was dreamy! i could easily wander to all the spots i wanted. our room felt so comfy and cozy. breakfast had lots of choices!
Our check-in felt quite chaotic. The staff seemed really new and a bit overwhelmed. i noticed some stains on the bed sheets. That wasn't very nice. the pool area had a funny smell, like old socks. It wasn't pleasant.

I found the check-in process efficient. My room included quality slippers, an iron with its desk, and a hairdryer. They provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea. A fridge and safety box were available in the room, very useful to me. The room was quite clean. This detail matters. The hotel's location is amazing. I walked to food places and a 7/11.
The check in staff made a poor impression. The person was not very friendly.
