Wonderful stay at this hotel
quality slipperssafety boxgreat location
I found the check-in process efficient. My room included quality slippers, an iron with its desk, and a hairdryer. They provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea. A fridge and safety box were available in the room, very useful to me. The room was quite clean. This detail matters. The hotel's location is amazing. I walked to food places and a 7/11.
The check in staff made a poor impression. The person was not very friendly.

The steam room was easily accessible near level two. I found the indoor pool uses salt water, and it seemed nice. A gym is available. It allows guests to maintain their routines.

The breakfast had hot and delicious local options, such as prawn noodles. I saw they served curry mee. Usual buffet items completed the selection. It has something for all the guests.

I found front desk staff was helpful and professional. One gentleman named Elan was very hospitable. He helped friends with check-in matters. His presence.
