historic charm, modern comfort

The hotel has many green areas inside. It seemed like a green house. the rooms were very clean, and the beds provided excellent comfort. the staff demonstrated friendliness and pleasantness throughout my stay. public parking was available right in front of the hotel.
This could be slightly inconvenient during peak times. i noticed this occasionally but it never really bothered me.

The staff was consistently helpful and amiable . They assisted with directions and promptly addressed my inquiries. complimentary afternoon tea with coffee, tea and snacks, was a welcome addition. It was available each afternoon.

the hotel offers a strategic location. nearby, i found various dining options and attractions easily accessible. several bus stops are within walking distance, including those for the free cat bus.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The shower had hot water with great pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I received complimentary laundry service of two kilograms per person (which was useful for my longer stay).
The breakfast buffet had limited options, but there are many great nearby eateries.

some issues noticed
lukewarm coffeewooden doors
I found a few things less than ideal . the noise from the street was quite disruptive at night since there are only wooden doors separating the room from the outside. i had to ask to change rooms after complaining about the constant traffic sounds. Ear plugs were the initial offering. The breakfast selection seemed extensive but lacked appeal. the coffee was lukewarm and lacked flavor though.

the room was spacious. beds were comfortable. housekeeping responded fast to requests for extra pillows and towels.
i heard prayer from a nearby mosque. it did not really affect my sleep though.
