The staff was cute. The room included complimentary toiletries, a great amount of tea bags, and milk. It felt very cosy. I found the fridge in the room particularly useful. The bed was very comfy.
The stairs were steep. It was a bit difficult.

The location was GREAT. The hotel is situated right on the square, providing convenient access to independent shops and places to eat. It is also quiet.

the hotel offers plentiful drinks and snacks, ensuring guests have refreshments readily available. I noted the hospitality tray included Twix and biscuits, a nice, unexpected extra touch.

The hotel provides a FABULOUS evening meal service. I appreciated the option for dining directly at the premises. The bar offered cheap drinks during happy hour from 3 til 7 Monday to Friday.

The service was excellent. Jo went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. The friendly atmosphere enhanced the stay. This.

The room was tastefully decorated and cosy! it featured a big comfortable bed. There was a great sized wardrobe and nice side tables, so storage was ample.

The room included a large bed. IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. the tea and coffee maker was a great addition. It also included chocolates. the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

the location was great, close to the centre.
the room wasn't clean at all. the mugs had old tea stains and one of the glasses had lipstick marks. the teaspoons looked dirty, so the basics were really overlooked and that bothered me
