Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities

The double bath in our room was amazing. The size of the room was fantastic. The gardens were very well kept. The Spa facilities provided a very pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but I noticed the menu was somewhat limited. The receptionist was very helpful, addressing all my inquiries promptly.

i needed a fan in my room, and i asked for one. it took a little while, but it arrived before the night ended. the pool facilities were excellent. i also really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel (especially its quietness).

the breakfast included a very filling full english option. dinner on the first night featured very attentive service. the spa access was complimentary for hotel guests, so i used it daily. the indoor pool was large and had a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, tropical showers, and an ice machine.

the lighting in the room was not very good, making makeup application difficult.

the double room included tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a shower over the bath (the shower had good pressure). some guests may find that the soundproofing is not ideal, a typical attribute in this building style.

the grounds are lovely. i especially liked the prehistoric looking plants. walking around i saw many beautiful trees. the spa was very clean and lovely.

i found no soap in the bathroom at all. there were also no other free smellies or bubble bath. the hotel had also run out of bath robes . i was disappointed.
