The breakfast selection was GOOD.
The heating seemed INCONSISTENT. It alternated between very cold and excessively warm. the bathroom had mould on the wall and was to have a damp PROBLEM.

The staff was eager to help. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the outside areas looked amazing.
The mattress in my room should be replaced. I found the bed too uncomfortable to sleep on. My family members had to sleep on the sofa.

the staff was friendly and helpful i found the rooms to be wonderful plus the general ambiance was very nice i appreciated the great atmosphere and the overall experience made me want to return. i enjoyed the thoughtful touches in the room too. the bed offered great comfort after a long day of travel.
the heating system seemed a little inconsistent sometimes it felt too warm and other times a bit chilly in the room it was not a huge issue but something i noticed.

the menu provided a good selection of options and the staff seemed cute and accommodating service was quick the food tasted great and the prices seemed reasonable based on the portion sizes.

the room included homemade biscuits upon my arrival a good selection of tea and coffee was available the space felt warm and well-furnished adding a touch of comfort to the overall experience in the premium double room.

the staff (especially the manager) were really helpful and friendly they seemed genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a positive experience this level of service contributes significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.

the location of this place was really convenient. i could easily access nearby attractions.
the room was not properly cleaned! there was dust everywhere and i even found some hair in the bathroom. i expected much better hygiene, especially considering the price.
