really good stay near the palace

nice view detailed care quick replies
Our double royal room had nice views. it was clean and provided all we needed for our stay. i especially liked the detailed care from the team. They even prepared a special congratulations cake for our occasion! the team consistently replied quickly to our emails, which i appreciated.
one slight inconvenience occurred because of the noisy air conditioning unit. it gurgled frequently even when switched off, a minor disturbance to an otherwise flawless stay. i hope the hotel addresses this .

The staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Nothing was too much. raj and the guest services team assisted with everything including transport. the new york bar was relaxing and the staff were helpful.
The elevator had issues during most of our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor. getting drinks one afternoon took ten minutes, the water never arrived. there wasn't a selection of single malt scotches.
