fantastic stay with really good service
great breakfastfriendly staffoutdoor playbright light
Everything was really good. the food was amazing. we had breakfast included. It was definitely great. you can tell everything is made with top ingredients and a good variety was on offer. all the staff were polite and super friendly. i explained to the staff about my toddler's shoe and they checked the bins for us! i am so thankful for them even offering. there was a lovely outdoor play area which our son loved.
the green light on the smoke detector was very bright. it was like having the lights on in your bedroom. i couldn't sleep because of this.

this hotel offers a perfect location with nice customer service. it's opposite a reservoir, providing beautiful scenery. the building clearly has had a lot of maintenance to keep it to a high standard.

The breakfast service felt unorganized. Finding the breakfast menu was a challenge, and i had to ask for cutlery after my meal arrived. Butter and milk were also missing. It all felt a bit chaotic.

the green light on the smoke detector was so bright! it was like having the lights on in your bedroom. i couldn't sleep because of this plus it was like a scene from faulty towers for breakfast.

the sunday roast was delicious and portions were generous. i particularly appreciated the individual gravy boats. the staff constantly offered refills and were very friendly. the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean.
the outdoor play area, although lovely, had a mini golf section that was more of a walkthrough than a playable area.
