unorganized service missing cutlery
The breakfast service felt unorganized. Finding the breakfast menu was a challenge, and i had to ask for cutlery after my meal arrived. Butter and milk were also missing. It all felt a bit chaotic.

a few minor issues
clean room cute staff bright light sleep disturbance
my room was clean and recently refurbished. the staff were very cute. yay!
the green light on the smoke detector was so bright! it was like having the lights on in your bedroom. i couldn't sleep because of this plus it was like a scene from faulty towers for breakfast.

generous portions individual gravy boats friendly staff
the sunday roast was delicious and portions were generous. i particularly appreciated the individual gravy boats. the staff constantly offered refills and were very friendly. the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean.
the outdoor play area, although lovely, had a mini golf section that was more of a walkthrough than a playable area.
