Mahesh offered excellent, smiling service. He anticipated all customer needs. Aditya at the front desk helped plan my city tour. Manjula and her colleagues provided friendly and professional service. Diana on Reception deserves a raise, she is excellent. The room was super clean, and the staff were lovely.

The standard room was tiny. It did not resemble the picture on the website.

serbana was very attentive during breakfast she took my order and offered a hot beverage i found her attitude pleasant and friendly. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and everything tasted fresh and hot. krish on reception let me check in early and gave me a very nice room he even helped with my cases

the bar person did not say a word when i ordered coffee i waited at the bar for 5 minutes before finding someone to assist me. the advertised room service menu was limited only cold cheese or ham sandwiches were available. the carpets in the corridors looked tired and needed replacement

The location is GREAT for access to the airport! The breakfast service was very efficient. I especially appreciated the staff at the front desk. Aditya even gave me a room upgrade and helped with getting water after my long flight.

I had some issues, though. It was a smaller, older room. I requested a renovated room, and the reception changed it for me. My neighbor's toilet flushing caused a noisy whistling sound during the night. It was a bit disturbing.
