fantastic stay near victoria!
perfect location spacious room equipped kitchenette complimentary snacks
the location was convenient. it was only a short walk to victoria station, about five minutes. the studio apartment was spacious with a lounge area. i also found a well equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher. complimentary beers, water, nuts, and chocolate were in the fridge.
the room cleaning could have been better. when i returned around 4 p.m., the room wasn't cleaned, and i had to request it again.

convenient location helpful staff spacious room damp towels unsatisfactory cleaning homeless people
the location is quite convenient a short walk from victoria station is required. the staff provided helpful recommendations for local venues. the room was spacious and well equipped offering a comfortable stay.
the room cleaning was not satisfactory the towels were damp. i noticed some hair on the floor. there were also homeless people in the surrounding area near the station.

great location helpful staff quality tea
The location was great because it was near the station! the staff were helpful. my room had quality tea, coffee, and milk. Plastic milk containers were absent. the room was also quiet, spacious, and clean. wifi worked well.

the studio apartment provided ample space. a well-stocked kitchenette aided in preparing meals. complimentary biscuits and fresh fruit were a thoughtful touch. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
i noticed the room cleaning was subpar. i returned around 4 p.m., yet the room remained uncleaned. used towels looked re-hung while damp. hair was visible on the floor, suggesting a superficial tidy.
