Really good Stay!

My room on floor 7 was very quiet. Super tidy. The bed offered GREAT comfort, and I found fluffy towels and two different shower heads. Tea and coffee facilities, water, and biscuits were nicely arranged.

I saw the breakfast area offered a selection of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. Hot items included scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Juice, coffee, and tea were readily available.

The hotel has a fitness center on the lower level. I saw it included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. A business center with computers and printers is available near the lobby.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay. The rainfall shower was SUPERB. The staff helped us store our luggage. That was awesome.
I had trouble turning off the bathroom fan. It ran ALL the time, driving me crazy. (i wish i had brought earplugs!).

Great Experience in Central Location

The double room was very clean and modern. The staff was lovely and check-in and check-out were easy. I appreciated the complimentary water and muffins in the mini-fridge. The shower had a waterfall style head (it was amazing).
The sink in the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff were helpful. They allowed early access to the room, appreciated. They were available to answer questions and address any concerns that arose . The check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward.

The room included AC and a safe. Bottled water and muffins were provided, a nice touch after a long day. The location near the underground made it easy to get around (very convenient!).
