the location it presented was acceptable.
the coffee machine was filthy. the kettle showed considerable limescale. i noted toilet was coming away from its wall, and the electrical sockets near the bed felt loose.

a very pleasant experience

the staff were very cute and friendly. i asked if i could have some binbags to make a makeshift waterproof and he was lovely. the location is good, under 10 minutes walk from the town centre. i enjoyed a good breakfast too.
The bathroom could have used a good overhaul clean. The surfaces we used were cleaned daily but on closer inspection a more extensive clean is needed. for example, the runner at the bottom of the sliding shower door could use cleaning.

The hotel has a nice bar area with a pool table. there is also an outside garden area . a good car park exists for those arriving by car. It offers convenient parking.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. beds are comfortable. there was plenty space and hanging space for clothes, nice for organized storage. the room offers a great view of the windmill.

my room had a view of the maud foster windmill. i saw grazing cattle from my window. the room included a kettle, coffee, and tea.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from the pub.
