Really good Service and Delicious Food!
friendly staff excellent breakfast lovely room excellent service
Holly, the manager, helped us with our luggage to our first-floor balcony room because we had some mobility issues! Holly and Oliver, part of the management team, were cute and accommodating during the entire stay. All the staff members were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent. The shared balcony was lovely, and the room was excellent!
I did notice that there was no towel rail right next to the sink!

The indoor pool looked inviting. Guests can also take advantage of free onsite parking, super convenient. This hotel also features some annexes with rooms available. They are very close to the main house!

The room was spacious, and the bed provided excellent comfort! I found good water pressure in the shower, which really helped after a long day. large, fluffy towels and plenty of tea, coffee, and water were available.

wow! what a stay!
warm greeting relaxing treatment amazing meal
i stayed in early december 2024 to celebrate a special birthday. the team, including paul, emma, olly, and megan. we received a very warm greeting upon arrival and we had wonderfully relaxing spa treatments from emma. we retreated to a lovely twin room overlooking the countryside and had an AMAZING meal!
Breakfast wasn't great. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and the bacon tasted like cardboard. the beans seemed microwaved and the mushrooms reheated! it could be improved with fresher options. i hope they address it quickly.

the hotel offers free parking onsite! rooms are available within the main house and in some annexes. a massage is available, and everyone goes out of their way to cater to what is needed! it is perfect.

the food is always cooked fresh! breakfast had a good selection. the rooms are lovely and clean! the beds are very comfortable and the tea and coffee are well stocked.

underwhelming stay, not worth it
packaged ham wrong dish
the shower was acceptable, i guess.
the food was a real problem. i ordered the eggs benedict, and the ham tasted like it came straight out of a package. my husband got the wrong dish, and nobody seemed to care much when we told them. what a let down.
