the staff were friendly. parking was secure and spacious.
The room was not as attractive. continental breakfast was below my expectation compared to other hotels i have visited. Cooked breakfast was available only from 9am.

the staff was friendly and accommodating upon arrival. emily provided all needed information without being asked. i found the hotel set in private grounds with a pretty garden and plenty of tables. the location is convenient for visiting the north norfolk coast.

the hotel is in a good location for visiting the christmas market. there is a beautiful area to visit. the hotel is within easy driving reach of the north norfolk coast.

The room was nice and neat and had everything needed. it was also tastefully decorated. i found the bathroom large with a super shower. That was quite convenient after a long trip.

the staff was helpful. the room was comfortable.
The room was not properly cleaned prior to my arrival. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the floor did not look like someone had vacuumed it. also, the breakfast was a letdown. I expected more variety (maybe i was being too optimistic?).
